Help not working

I'm not sure if it is possible or not, but to get things going need a copy of the sol.chm and nthelp.chm files from Windows XP to see if these can be launched with the "HTML Help 1.0" engine (System.Windows.Forms.Help). From what I recall, when I originally implemented this functionality back in 2005 it did work. Of course, this was also on Windows XP (if I recall), so the files were available. They, of course, are no longer on more modern machines; will need to get these before even attempting.
