client Add a desktop shortcut

I'm using LineageOS firmware and no desktop shortcut is added, as is the case with the official F-Droid client.

I believe this depends on your launcher and not the store.

It definitely depends on Droid-ify, so everything is fine with the official client. The problem is still unresolved, but I just changed the launcher, so it doesn't bother me anymore.

The same problem. The official F-Droid client creates shortcuts. I wonder why Droid-ify doesn't do this 🤔 I think it's useful.
