Clash with Google Containers

Describe the bug Not sure how this was handled with the official Facebook Container plugin from firefox, but when using Google Container (fork from Facebook Container, here: https://github.com/containers-everywhere/contain-google), all google container tabs get re-opened in the main group when starting firefox.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have 2 tab groups; 1 main and another one
2. Have some google containers on the second group
3. Close Firefox
4. Open Firefox
5. The Main tab group open properly, but then every google tabs get re-opened in the main tab group.

This probably happens because the tabs in the 2nd groups are loaded in the temporary container, the Google Container plugin see that they are not running in google container so he reload them in google container.

Expected behavior Google tabs don't get copied to the main tab at firefox startup.

I can confirm this is an issue for me as well (Windows 10, current Firefox & Waterfox)
