selected tab in Firefox tab bar should cause STG to jump to selected tab in sidebar

Expected behavior If a tab is selected in the Firefox tab bar, and therefore that tab is open in the main browser view, the STG sidebar should jump to the selected tab.

Describe the bug If the tab list in the STG sidebar is long, the selected tab may remain offscreen. The user has to manually scroll up and down to find the selected tab.

Desktop (please complete the following information): Windows 10 Firefox 83 Simple Tab Groups version: latest 12/12/2020

Confirmed this behaviour. Please make sure the active tab is always highlighted in the sidebar. Is this the same as #838?
