Add time (hh:mm) to the backup file name.

Describe the bug Only 1 backup file is created for the day regardless of the backup frequency set, (3 minutes or 2 hours, etc). See attached screenshot.

Expected behavior I would like to see multiple backups for the day so I can restore a backup from the morning if I need to. Would like an optional backup setting to add "hh-mm" to backup file name. File name would be like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]"

This is still needed today: create the filename with YYYY-mm-dd_HH-MM-SS timestamp.
