firefox adopted chrome's extension format

The extension is at least partially functional with Waterfox Classic 56.2.13 – thanks to Chrome Store Foxified.

Re: the screen recording at https://github.com/DrewML/OctoEdit#readme my first impression was that monospace was not apparent:

– but I soon realised that the appearance of monospace is contextual.
