Calculation of final result

Hi! Thanks for your great job. I wonder how to calculate the final results (designability, novelty, diversity) from the TM-score and RMSD in the inference results? Could you please provide the code for calculation?

Hi, following the method provided by Jason Yim, I tried to reproduce the final results of FoldFlow. However, there is a gap between my results and paper results. Could you please provide the parameters of inference (e.g. noise scale, num of steps, num of sequences). Thanks a lot!
