Add ignoreOffensiveWords parameter

Added a setting to avoid threads created with offensive words. I updated the config documentation.

Thank you for the PR! However, I'll leave this unmerged for now, as I want to think of a way to make the word list for ignoreAccidentalThreads editable in a convenient way. Once that exists, these words can be added directly to that list instead!
