Add a option that can get Modmail tickets to a specific category from Uncategorised to a specific category WITHOUT useing ! category command Is there a way to change category from Uncategorised to a specific category without using !move command Like I want the tickets to be logged in that category

You can use categoryAutomation.newThread to have the bot put new tickets in a specific category.

An example:

categoryAutomation.newThread = 1234567890

This would have the bot put all new threads in the category with the ID of 1234567890
