Being able to split replies with long snippets into two messages

Actually, when we try to answer a ticket by using a really long snippet, the bot will tell us that the reply has more than 2000 characters, (because it would include the Moderator's username and the information about the reply, the moderator's role, the reply's ID (number) and in some cases, the thread's Timestamps), making it impossible for us to send this type of replies. However, with this new implementation, these replies with long snippets would simply get split up into two messages, making it easier for the Staff members to answer tickets this way, without the need of getting the whole string and splitting it up into two messages manually.
