Add the ability to set a close reason

This would be great if we can use !close 15m Reported someone so when it closes the thread, it also logs the reason, that way we don't have to open each thread if we want to find a specific one. For example, if I just helped someone, and closes the thread, in the logs me and the other staffs would be able what was the subject of this thread.

Reopening this because that's not exactly what I want. What I wanted is to have a closure reason, but in the logs, here: Like adding a line: Reason: [close reason here]

Add option to use {message} variable in close message response. And that {message} will be replaced with arguments if they were provided
