Blaze Enchanters do not accept item I/O on their top

Describe the Bug

When attempting to interact with a Blaze Enchanter using contraptions, for some reason the top of the block cannot be used to import or export items, while the 4 sides can. Not sure if this is intended, but I couldn't find anything related to it so I'm assuming this is a bug.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place down a Blaze Enchanter
2. Use any method of non-player inventory interaction on the top of the Blaze Enchanter
3. Watch as your item does not go in/does not leave the Blaze Enchanter through the top

Expected Result

The top of Blaze Enchanters should accept item I/O like the 4 sides of it do.
