preserve the dates of the files in the archive

The dates of the files in the generated .zip archive are set to the current system time. This should not happen. The dates should be old by default, as the contents of the files (hopefully) has not changed. (This holds even for directories: the files therein did not even get logically renamed, only their encoding changed.)
