Failed to start the SIP stack

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the app and register normal
2. Enable Airplane mode while you on 3g connection
3. Disable AitPlane mode so reconnect to 3g again
4. idoubs can't register again please find log attached

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
re-register again without problems.
Note: I'm sure enable 3G option is enabled on the configuration.

operating system?
