Outgoing calls not working with asterisk-realtime configuration

I am able to register successfully through iDoubs.
I am trying to use it with my asterisk server.
 but not able to make SIP call when in using it with Asterisk-Real Time, after dialing the number call progress screen appears with text 'Calling...' but doesn't make the call.
  Though it do call perfectly if the user is defined in SIP.conf file. If anybody knows the solution for this, please help me out.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register idoubs with any asterisk realtime account (account from mysql 
database not from sip.conf file)
2.Make call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should make outgoing call normally

What version of the product or source code revision are you using? On what
operating system?

I am using idoubs 2.0

Please provide any additional information below.

I can receive incoming calls normally without any problem.
