How to auto switch network from WIFI to 3G in between call?

Hi All,
         Please suggest me how can i switch network in between call. Suppose i have ignited a call in WIFI and i just walked away from WIFI network but in my phone 3G network is available, so i just want here the call should be continued. Right now call get disconnected when i switch network.

Please help me. Is it possible or not, if possible then how can i enable 
network switching.
