TLS not working in Android
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set default network transport as tls
2. Cannot connect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Client sends sip register but not actually being sent to sip server thus, no
response received from server
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest 2.0 dounbago version. Android OS.
Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like the issue has been brought up by the workaround done for Zenfone
crashes fix? Issue encountered since android/armv7 libssl has been modified.
UDP works fine
