Voice doesnt come out of Speaker the first time Video call is made (it is working fine from second call thereafter)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Make the first Video call
2.
Voice comes out of receiver (intended to be held to the ear but not Speaker)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Voice should come out of phone Speaker all the time. (be it first or last video 
calls)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

doubango version - r1220
iPhone - 5s, 4s
iOS - 8.0, 8.1
