iDoubs: During call, voice stops sending from my side, able to hear the other side.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The call should carry out in a normal fashion.
What happens is, my voice stops going and I receive the following message on a 
loop:
                MSG: (SYSTEM)NETWORK ERROR ==>No buffer space available
                ***ERROR: function: "tnet_sockfd_sendto()" 
                file: "/../doubango/branches/2.0/doubango/tinyNET/src/tnet_utils.c" 
                line: "1558" 


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iDoubs v2.x, iPhone 5 - iOS 7.1.1, Vodafone 3G

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes the issue fixes itself, sometimes it carries on till I exit the call.
I've encountered this issue 2 out of 5 times on an average.

before doubango svn1025,do not have this problem,after this version,there has 
been the problem,this problem is due to the speexdsp library,please use svn1025 
speexdsp library to replace the current version speexdsp library.
