autostart not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select Tools->Options->General
2.Enable "Lauch when system starts" and Save
2.Restart system
3.Application is not launched when system is started

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application should launch on system start if setting is enabled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Issue reproduced on both Windows XP and Windows 7 using  boghe-r75 and 
doubango-r666
