Queries on MSRP capabilities of the IMS/RCS bogue client

Hi,
We are testing SBC product which supports MSRP.I have a query regarding the 
MSRP capabilities of the IMS/RCS bogue client.

Does the clinet Boghe_1.0.58.550 support the 
draft-ietf-simple-msrp-sessmatch-10.
This draft relaxes the MSRP URI matching criteria to match only the session ID 
in the MSRP URI.

An early reply is highly appreciated.
