Hold Invite failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Windows 7 PC, Boghe_2.0.106.731
2. Once Boghe is registered on IMS server, and it is on a active call with UE1. 
3.Now if UE 1 makes another call, then it sends SIP Invite to Hold the Call. 
but Boghe terminates the call and sends SIP Bye. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Boghe should hold the call. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Windows 7 PC, Boghe_2.0.106.731
