Stack Stopped Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I have installed the Boghe IMS/RCS client 2.0.106.731 on my PC.

After successful installation, i am trying to connect with IMS server then it 
is showing in  bottom show "stack stopped" error and it is unable to login in.

Is it possible to connect Boghe IMS/RCS client with IMS server.

Kindly provide your support for this issue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Login was Successful,  but it is showing  "Stack Stopped"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Boghe_2.0.106.731 and Windows 7
