Version 2.0.153.836 is not accepting and showing correctly 3gpp.sms messages (2.0.104.715 is working)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send MT transport level message to Boghe (3gpp.sms).
2. Boghe will reply with 200 OK but will not send RP-ACK.
3. Boghe will not show that there was new message.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RP-ACK sent back, message displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.153.836

Please provide any additional information below.
After I've found out that this is not working I've rolled back Boghe back to 
old version 2.0.104.715 and on this version it's working perfectly.

I haven't got time to verify all versions between those so you will need to 
check it where the error was introduced.
