No answer to 183 Session Progress

Boghe doesn't acknowledge the provisory 183 response with SDP (EARLY MEDIA 
activation)
It seems to ignore the message because Boghe resend initial INVITE.

Operating System: Windows 2003 server

Did you resolve this issue? I have the same problem. I got 183 SDP response with 100rel, but Boghe never sends PRACK, then I got multiple 183s because of timeout and then 500 Internal Error. The call itself works, and B number gets INVITE. I checked the firewall, created to rule "Allow all", didn't help.
