Options-->Network: IP Version not saved when IPv6 is selected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Goto Tools-->Options-->Network 
2.  Click IP Version:  "IPv6"
3.  Click "Save"
4.  Close and re-launch Boghe
5.  Goto Tools-->Options-->Network 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected IP Version IPv6 radiobutton selected, but neither IPv4 or IPv6 is 
selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Boghe_2.0.113.744 (Help About has Boghe_2.0.112.744), Windows XP SP3

Fixed in r117
The information is not restored in the gui but IPv6 is enabled.
