No way to delete Redirects?

Just updated to 2.0.1 in the hopes we could delete redirects again, but unfortunately this didn't work. Where's the delete button at?

I found that the plugin Servd Assets and Helpers is somehow preventing the table footer with the pagination and delete action to not load.
