The balance64 field is useful in certain scenarios, such as in regions like Vietnam and Indonesia. When the balance approaches $2000, the value of balance is different from balance64. This is because balance may overflow, resulting in a smaller value. Therefore, in the 'wallet' event, it might be considered to return both balance64 and balance64_delayed.
