FDS modulation is not exporting to NSF at all

I tried exporting a FDS NSF that uses automatic modulation in Dn-Famitracker, but it does not get translated to NSF file for whatever reason.

UPDATE: It's just the automatic modulation that's not working right. Modulation defined by Hxx and I0x command will export just fine.
