Description of the bug : I can not assign SteelEffectiveLengths to member_sets with Python because when I open RFEM6, the assignment is not taken into account.

Have a nice day,
Hi @IcareIbnFirnas,
thank you for posting this. I tested it and even though I didn't get any error directly in the Client the SteelEffectiveLength was not assigned to MemberSet. When trying it in RFEM manually I got error "Some objects cannot be considered." Please verify if this is not your case and get back to us.
Hello, thank you for your answer. Actually, I don't have an error when I assign it with Python but when I go to MemberSets, I don't have the SteelEffectiveLength activated (you can see that "Options" doesn't have anything assigned.
Kind regards,
Maybe I can show you the problem by email ? How can I contact you ?

Hello @IcareIbnFirnas, please contact me via [email protected] if the issue still persist.
Hi, I tested setting it via Member set and Steel effective length. Althought Desing Properties is checked in my case (using member set), the Effective length is still not set. Created bug 163273 (converted to US-15400).
