Cloud9 for Chromebook: need to update at the start

In following the Chromebook installation instructions, in Cloud9, I found it necessary to run sudo apt-get update before sudo apt install python3.5-venv.

I will put in a pull request for this soon - after I confirm that it really worked. ;-)
