I think this repo can have static web-site for showing content it's better and have best UX from reading this content, I think learning from README.md is not have good experience.

@Mehranalam That might be so, but consider it as a structured document in the first place. There are tens of Awesome lists on GitHub. They all go with a very simple put-to-gether README.md file and that's it. :)
