Change Install or Default Directories

Suggested Enhancements

For Install (ALL OS)

1. Allow user to select an install drive or directory. The application should remember the install directory and auto update as usual.

2. Allow user to select a default datadir

3. Allow user change datadir in Divi Desktop Application

4. In setting and maintenance, the wallet should display all default directory and provide a clickable link if possible to open each directory. These should be in advance settings and need secondary confirmation to open. Tool Tips show be associated with appropriate details/warnings for advanced users.
