Metrics Chart sometimes starts at December

The value is for January, but the chart label is off.

@corsacca are you able to confirm this is still a bug? Or more details on how to recreate it? I've been experimenting with the chart without any luck recreating this issue.

I got this bug from another user. I haven't been able to recreate it either. I think it is related to timezones. Or it could be the day it was viewed?

I could see either being true. I haven't been able to recreate it with faking different timezones so far.
