Update TAO to the latest version

Feature Request

It would be really helpful to have the latest version of TAO. It lets you create a new "window" from an existing GTK window, which would make Dioxus the only library that can work with Wayland layershells—something I’m really excited to use.

I tried to update it on my side and it seems to have no braking changes.
