`dx new` fails creating TUI project.

Attempting to create a TUI project w/ dx new results in the following error:

✔ 🤷   Which sub-template should be expanded? · TUI
🤷   Project Name: foobar
✔ 🤷   Should the application use the Dioxus router? · false
Error: 🚫 Creating new project failed:

Caused by:
    0: I/O Error: No such file or directory (os error 2)
    1: No such file or directory (os error 2)

Poking around a bit it seems as if this may be due to the TUI template missing a Dioxus.toml file.
