We need a command publish that can help users auto-publish & deploy web-project to some hosting platforms.

Github Action

Action can deploy the dioxus-web project to GitHub, and CLI can include it.

Came here after reading the Dioxus roadmap, would be great if we can add Cloudflare Pages for auto-publishing & deploying.
