Sometimes the double bracket of completion time being silently changed to "#{"

Unfortunately I haven't find a way to consistently reproduce this. But it happened to me from time to time the the double bracket of completion time being silently changed to "#{" .

I am not sure it is a bug for the plugin or Logseq itself. I am putting my notes in Onedrive and use it in both Macos and windows if that helps.

Does that ring any bell why it might happen?
