Bug: Consolidated follow notifications are truncated

The headline for a consolidated follow notification can have critical text truncated depending on the length of the first user's display name.

Consider just using "3 accounts followed you" instead of "Really long display name and 2 others ...". Also, I know you can click on their avatars, but showing only the first in the notification body seems a little random.
