Bug: unable to log in to mastodon instance

I am unable to log in to my account on redwombat.social which is a mastodon 4.0.2 server. If I click the sign in button it just spins for a fraction of a second and then goes back to saying "sign in".

I can, however, add it as a remote local, so icecubes appears to be able to read from it just fine.

Can you try again? On mine it open the login page correctly. Maybe some downtime?

It's consistently failed over multiple attempts over the past week or two since I first found out about icecubes. Failing right now.

If it makes a difference, this is an iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 16.2.

Here's a fun update, I just cloned the repo and built top-of-tree and deployed it to my phone and it worked fine. The version I get from TestFlight consistently fails though.

Also can’t connect to mangane.nudie.social. Wheel keeps spinning, no login button nothing.

Unable to login to instance jazzto.don . Search window doesn’t find it. Just get the spinning wheel.
