Bug: tag groups / hashtags and edit button not shown correctly

Environment:

• OS: iOS 18.2.1 on iPhone 15 Pro

• IceCubesApp version: 1.11.2

Description

I created some Tag groups (nice feature btw) to follow some Hashtags and pinned them to quickly access them.

The last one I created and pinned was my "CCC" tag group and if I access it via the top bar everything is fine:

But when I access another one, in this example my electric car group, it shows the hashtags and the edit button for my "CCC" tag group:
