Bug: iPad OS password manager interrupts sign in process

When I try to sign in on an instance and after I selected the account credentials to be filled in then the iOS authentication interrupts the sign in and closes the dialog.

Weirdly enough when I try to add username via autofill them the password authentication does not interupt the modal.

also after authorising access the sign in modal is still left.
