Bug: Set tabitem twice broke the app

Environment:

  • OS: iOS 18.1
  • IceCubesApp version: 1.10.46

Description

After I accidentally set the Settings tab a second time in the Tabs Customization, the app no longer starts.

Example: First Tab Settings and Fifth Tab Settings

Expected behavior:

All set tabs should be filtered out in the dropdown.

Bug still exists with the latest version, but I can use the app now.
