[1.12.2] Some Botania textures stop animating after a few seconds.

At first when you place these items down that animate they'll cycle through their frames for a few seconds and then freeze in place. What's odd with this is that if that item is shown as a icon in your inventory, hot bar or JEI and you can see the item... that placed item texture will start working correctly.
The items used are the 'Spark' on a mana pool... which then floats above the mana pool. The texture of that spark will stop animating despite looking at it.
Setting "B:textureFixes" to 'false' allows the textures to animate.
It may not be just be Botania but perhaps some other modded textures might have this issue?
