i want the mod for 1.16.5 😔

hi, I have a problem, if I try to play MC 1.17 onwards it crashes, so I can play until 1.16.5, and since I have mods for the Forge, if I try to play the Fabric, I won't be able to use the mods for the Forge, they can't create the mod for 1.16.5 (with forge) please😥?
