Users.Cfg persistenance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users.Cfg does not persist restart

Describe the solution you'd like Before update / wipe out and start... backup users.cfg and restore

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context Every restart the users.cfg gets wiped.
