libssh2 has been deprecated in RHEL 7, removed in RHEL 8.

This module is built on libssh2, and that library has been deprecated by Redhat.

@coretl It's has been a while since the last time that I worked on this. I'm almost sure that I was successful in starting an IOC with those changes, but I haven't done any extensive testing.

I assume that the libssh2_config.h is the part that needs more attention.
