Critical upkeep bug.

In our gang Deixtoria (IDI) our upkeep countdown hit zero then started counting back up again. Upkeep never got deducted and count is up to 15 days now. Other gangs mentioned upkeep costs not being taken. I believe there is a serious issue with upkeep that needs immediate attention.
