copy origodb.com site and tweak from there. origodb.com is based on jekyll, host with firebase because gh-pages does not (yet) support https for custom domains.

[ ] drop down with versions/modules in top left menu
[ ] No scrolling in left menu
[ ] left menu subitems collapsing based on page + H1 headers
[ ] left menu collapsing to left when width is "small"
