Bracket elements get squished

Confirmed to be not an issue of screen resolution: 4K emulation in browsers gets the same result. The brackets system still works, it just looks wonky.

OS: Windows 10 Browser: Chromium 86

No clue how to handle it on mobile devices, but perhaps one could extend the brackets wrapper to be whatever width it needs to be, beyond the boundries of the survey section?
